One of the most important things that precedes facing off with the midnight mother is a story that chalon tells. That will be her story throughout oath bringer that continually comes up. And chelon tells this story originally, and it's going to come up again with everybody's friend, wit or hoyd. But this story of the girl who looked up is also chelon story.
