How to Be a Successful Black Belt
It's great to see people low about getting skilled But as you skill up you see other people skill up. I think that part of what's good for people's mental health is to have something to focus on which is just it's almost like a personal Development thing. Yeah martial arts forces you to focus on you getting better and the skill acquisition piece is a Satisfying element of that even if you had a like a terrible session where a lot of stuff didn't work If that sweep you've been working on worked or you hit it more than once that is very Satisfying.
