Access to Medicaid for People With Disabilities

People on SSI get presumptive access to Medicaid in most of the country. Congress has tried to fix this, but each of these fixes have been piecemeal and come with a significant amount of administrative burden. For example, using an ABLE account, you can save up to $100,000 without losing benefits. But for the most vulnerable people with disabilities who don't have family support, they don't have access to that.
