Hemingway is the bloated bullsh**t artist at the bar era. He'd say all writers are liars, especially when they've had a few drinks. The 1950s are a time for Hemingway that's like big highs, big lows. It's got drinking, mental illness and he's constantly checking blood pressure. Things will catch up with him and he will probably commit suicide.
