The ITB Is Still Up 20-25% for the Year
The builders individually have done well. It's unbelievable how well the builders have done but when you have a mortgage rate that has doubled. I think if rates stay up here for a longer period of time you're going to see that flow through and we haven't seen that yet. Guy Dami: If those start to roll over on a technical basis this ITB could really be vulnerable over the next couple weeks.
