Is Duration a Killer in a Secular Inflation?
Jim Baugh: I know, Jim, that you've done some work with your team on asset allocation into a potential secular inflationary environment. I would like to start with bonds because we've actually seen bond deals retracing a little bit recently due to the lack of focus rhetoric from the Federal Reserve. If we look at bonds in a historical perspective in inflationary environments, what's your take on, let's say, the five to 10-year outlook if you're right on your inflation thesis? Yeah, I mean, the bonds, that argument is the easiest one. We can start there and work our way across the other asset classes, but duration's a killer.
