The Pros and Cons of Techno Solutions
Sally Kohn: One frustration that I've had is that there were two camps in the data revolution. She says traditional officials, statisticians, policymakers and social activists worried about big data. But on the other end of the spectrum was Silicon Valley; they're always resistant to change she says.
