The FAA's Decision to Block the Spirit Jet Blue Merger

As a New Yorker it sucks to know that the flight I book now might not exist two months from now and I'll have to rearrange everything. Four US states have now joined the Department of Justice in their suit to block the spirit jet blue merger attorneys general from California Maryland New Jersey and North Carolina have signed on saying no we don't think that this should go through. The FAA is working around its issues juggling around some airspace we talked about this already.
