Stamford Is a Very Different Model of Higher Education
Stamford University has a very liberal policy in terms of faculty moving back and forth between industry and university. Students are working by day at a electronic firm and then going to grad school at night, making it really attractive for students that didn't come into this game with money but have smart engineering skills.
