i wasn't as fluent in things that looked like gymnastics or olympic lifting. And intrinsically, i knew some, some i knew that i needed to seek these things out. What we did was we were substituting playing sports for a movement practice. The rest of us sort of cobble it together and what is then really interesting later on is when we're young sport can prop up our physical health.
