In proverbs 16 two, all a man's ways seem innocent to him, but motives are weighed by the lord. And so let's get into that about i've got a couple of questions. I'd love to hear you talk about like they're weighed by the Lord. What's another way of thinking about that? Ye, ye. Well, think, like, we're n' talk about this in the future, weak as we look at some of other other verses and proverbs. But, ah, this idea of weighing, this idea was used as a way of describing something's value or something's accuracy.
As guys, we like to act like we have it all together. But more times than we'd like to admit, our greatest enemy is the guy staring back at us from the mirror. Whether we're dealing with a spirit of bitterness or trying to make ourselves look better, our own arrogance and judgmental attitudes toward others often keep us from being the men God created us to be. Solomon understood that character flaw as well as anyone. In today's episode, we'll see how he addressed it in our ongoing study of Proverbs 16.
