I think it's where you get immediate feedback, and like a dopemen spike, almoste because i have engagement with something. There aren't really many es that i can see where you can start chatting and a chap bot will take care of it. And then it'll be routed t like an s d r or a b d r and a wood is kind of cool too. I don't know about but i hate the traditional process where it's the form,. Then some bod's gong to call me and pepper me with questions... They're not really going to answer my questions.
