How to Measure Corruption in Nigeria

In order to avoid ideology and gray lines, ang developed her own system to measure corruption. I propose a typology of four types of corruption, divided along two dimensions. The first is what i call speet money, which is bribes paid to law medium level officials in order to overcome rate tape or delays or harassment. And then i have a fourth category called axcessmoney, which is privileges paid to powerful officials for special deals from them. In order to assess the effects of these different kinds of corruption, ang found it useful to equat each of them to a different class of drugs.
