A narcotics agent named roy fruger took up the investigation. Flies up a lonely stretch of the vermilion river, a 70 mile long ba southern louisiana. The barge itself was quite large and basically empty. All that remained were the dregs, some saky bales that had somehow gotten wet at the bottom of the boat.
