The Problem With Platforms and Governments Flagging Content
A lot of these cases have been generally pretty unconcerned about these relationships, this new problem that we have of these relationships between platforms and governments. I think there is a wide widely shared consensus among a lot of judges. And I also think First Amendment people, platform people generally, want to make sure they're sharing information with the government so it doesn't get misused.
