Rehoboam the Son of Solomon, King of Judah
Rehoboam reigned over the sons of Israel who dwelt in the cities of Judah. King Rehoboam sent Aduram, who was taskmaster over the forced labor, to be stoned to death with stones. So Israel has been in rebellion against the house of David to this day. The word of God came to Shammiah, the man of God: You shall not go up or fight against your kinsmen,. Return every man to his home, for this thing is from me.
