So when our brains have an opportunity to get more dopamine, we are going to take it baby, just like this cat grabbing the cheese. ADHD brains love simple carbs because they give you instant access to dopamine. And of course caffeine also adds a lot of, it also stimulates dopamine, which is why we often use caffeine as a self medication for ADHD.
