i believe that we should do everything we can to help people feel safe. I will say that i did have a work place where there was a tyrannical leader. It was one of the most petrifying, fearful places i've ever worked. So why don't they say anything? What is the psychology behind them? And so this is what happened, or this is what i've seen, and this is what should have happened.
