We're in a social moment which is increasingly de defined by diverse perspectives at all levels of society. In the past 15 years, there's really been much more of an emphasis at the level of university administrations to privilege cross disciplinary and inter disciplinary research approaches and perspectives. There are or significant efforts afoot to broaden, to deepen, the mere compositions of committees that make these decisions that in turn create opportunities for folks,. So we must acknowledge that. And let me say again, there's muchthere's much work to be done. But i think it's twofold.
