Film Making and Music - What's the Parallel?

Amell: Just playing an instrument, in a lot ways, is meditative. Its grounding. It it gets you out of your head. And but film making such a similar thing, and that you're not talking when generally, when you're actually shooting, nobody on set is talking. That's really interesting. To i see so many parallels to fill making, film making and music in a lot or ways.
