How Do I Stop Feeling Like a Failure if I Never Win?

I'm a twey, 27 year old straight, white mail from eastern europe. The most i've done with a girl is kissing at a party one time. I know there exist people who are like me in this regard, but i don't know any personally. None of my friends seem to have too much trouble with getting into a relationship or at least finding o friends with benefits or something. Me, on the other hand, every time i asked some one out, which admittedly hasn't been more than around 20 people, they said no.
