In the real world, when do you only interact with people your age? That's just a very limiting factor. I don't understand why we continue to segregate kids by age like it just doesn't make any sense. Your age doesn't really tell what you're capable of doing. And i see it all the time in synthesis. You have eight year olds that are acting and leading the groups as if they were the 14 year olds because they're mixed with the older kids. It makes the teachers job away easier. They're so much richness in teaching and learning when you have mixed age. So this are some of the ideas that come to mind. There's a lot, but maybe
