The Importance of Subjectivity in Science
The idea that all homo sapiens had genetically identical brains for a very long time was not completely stupid before Newton. And so it's not that all of knowledge and human inquiry and exploration up until the point that we figured out the scientific method was completely just gibberish. The ability to independently verify measurement and independently verify the interactions on the measurement, the scientific insights we come up with is tricky when it comes to subjectivity, but it's not impossible.
