i was 14 years old. I knew where they were. Mean, i was not believing. But i knew how to fight a poker game. Ah, that oud rally make a lot of sense, but nobody really thought of asi a crime. In other places, people paid to organized crime the same way. There just wasn't a lot of organized crim in seattle and in chinatown. You could play for free. They didn't have to pay the police at all, for whatever reasons of their own. The intent of the laws typically was to prevent someone from making a living by offering games of chance. For being a casino, there typically were not laws against actual gambling.
