The Importance of Empowering People

Lily: I think empowering people can and setting up empowered teams with product managers and designers and engineers, et cetera, all working really together and collectively. And sometimes that takes, you know, coaching, because not everybody's used to that empowerment,. especially if they've come from an environment where that doesn't exist before. Lily: You have a check in with those empowered teams on a regular basis so you're there kind of unblocking them helping them go and move their piece of the jigsaw forwards.
