Do You Offer Workers Job Assistance?

We share the details of a few workers, either trained or untrained. And then we ask firms whether they would be interested in meeting any of the workers that are on the list presented to them. If they say they ar interests, we arrange the meeting between workers and firms. But only a few firms actually accept to meet the worker. So the intervention pysically turns into bad news for our job seeker. We all know that first rejections are the worst.
