Adam, what advice do you have for anyone listening to the podcast or watching this how would you suggest bringing mindfulness into their daily lives? I think it's important for parents and teachers to develop their own practices like I said even if it's for just a few minutes every day for them to listen really listen to the kids for everyone. You gotta put down your phones and have actual conversations even though I have trouble putting my phone down sometimes too we have to believe in ourselves and I've compared ourselves to the pro-claps in social media which are already true.
