Are Landlords Passing on New Costs?
I've heard some pretty, some horror stories really about what people are asked to do. So that goes up to and includes people being asked for deposits or holding fees just to view a house. I mean, it's not something that we practice whatsoever. But that is certainly happening out there. Unfortunately, in these times when there's desperation from a tenants point of view, I'm sure there are agents which are exploiting the situation. And they know that they can get this price so they will charge charge that price. Are these people passing on costs? I think there's definitely it's 50-50.
