DC Council is debating the issue tomorrow, but we're talking about it today. WAMU's Transportation reporter Jordan Paskel joins me to break it all down. The Idaho stop would treat a stop sign as like a yield sign for drivers and cyclists. Getting right on red is a huge deal DC's had it since 1979. It's legal in almost everywhere in the US except New York City.
