The Problem With Dark Matter in Space

The way that traditional black holes form is from stars exploding. But with just dark matter floating around, you never achieve the critical density. And even if you do slightly achieve it, you then run into the evaporation problem. So there are going to be a lot of pockets of space that are never going to practically interact with other places where a black hole does form.
