The Story of the Kitzilano Indians

When south asian men landed in kitzelano, they started working in the timber and farming industry. They lived together to save money. O people lived in these structures called bunk houses. Seven to eight people living in one structure,. sharing food, sharing your literature at night, sharing the poetry, n living together and making a life together. Eventually, cazilano and his people were forcibly moved out of the area on to the kitzilano indian reserve. 36 years later, the b c government, yet again, forced the squahamish people to leave because the city of vancouver wanted to expand.
