Camilla: Traditional mindfulness practices and ADHD tend to not mix well. If we were capable of doing that on a consistent basis, that would solve a lot of ADHD dilemmas. Some of the creative ways that I've discovered with my clients and with myself that we get present. Camila: Board games or playing any kind of athletic games, people can get really present. This is getting in the zone getting super present. A big part of mindfulness is noticing our senses.
