Robert Kille McAllister: "Casey" is a coming of age story, um, kid growing up in the 70s in San Jose, California. He's always escaping into these very wild fantasies, like, he gets in trouble at school. The thing that changes this year is he gets put into a class for gifted children. His teacher connects with him and she tells him that he can change his life.
