Jacques Chirac's Coup d'Etat

This Democrat referred to the disputed 2000 presidential election results in Florida as a quote coup d'etat. This Democrat was convicted on 18 of 22 corruption charges ranging from mail fraud to filing false federal tax returns and was released from prison on April 22nd, 2020 citing health concern. However, in May 2022, they pled guilty to the charge of interference with the IRS laws. Who is this Democrat? You know, because the Democrats never, ever, ever questioned an election. Exactly.
