In 2003, a 26 year old married man with a history of sexual abuse and pedophilic pedophilic behavior. severed his scrotum at the base and flung the testes about 30 yards away into some bushes in a field. Brian Kinney calls it scarfing as he uses scarves. Lack of oxygen leads to lightheadedness, which magnifies sexual experiences.
