Is the Pilot in Command in the Back Seat?

The more senior person generally, or the more experienced person generally, sits in the back. They're sitting behind and up from the guy in the front seat, so they can see everything, and they're in a better position to fly. It reminds me of a, like a sniper team because most, like most people, think that the most experienced person is the one shooting. But that's not the case. The spotter is the most experienced one. Csey need to be able to read the winds, retrace, you know, like they're the one dialing the person in.
