The Role of Race in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Roland Martin: People who do DEI are genuinely aggrieved and perplexed that anybody could have a problem with seeking diversity, equity and inclusion. He says they're caught up in this kind of prayer and ritual as if anybody who questions it is some sort of moral fellow. Martin: I've heard D.I. people talk about the fact that the training programs don't work. Often make things worse. But then what is their response? What's the idea? So if they don't work then what? That's a catch.
