The Old Testament and the Lutheran Dogmatic Confession

Carl Beckwith: I'm particularly interested in the use of the Old Testament and how that might connect to the Trinity. In my opinion, the trinunity of God is not clearly made known that is revealed successfully until the coming of the Son and the Spirit. He says lots of things have to be in place before that Old Testament material is meaningful. "I just find that if you're listener is skeptical at all, they're going to be saying, really, you're looking at the form of the word Elohim"
