Mindfulness Meditation - Is There a Difference?
i wish we'd had this conversation a decade go, i think i would have been a much better teacher when i was teaching. Think it's harder in the context of mindfulness meditation to identify if some one seems a little like numb or checked out because people are sitting basically still. And yet, tricky, as you know, deep concentration at can also feel like hyporazo wher we're just really calm, even disconnected from the body. So i think it's that ongoing nuance conversation with someone about how are they doing, hows practice? What are they noticing?
