I don't think you will find really many scientists at all that agree with Penrose. He's trying to point out problems with the existing theory and what he, how he hopes you might go about trying to solve it. So I mean, to Penrose to his credit, he's actually trying to solve the problem. But everything we know about quantum computation suggests that you just can't have quantum computations in something as wet and warm as the brain.
