Intermittent Fasting for Vegans
Intermittent fasting is a great way to go and something that anybody can do. It's easy to accomplish by gradually reducing the eating window over time. The cumulative benefits will accrue and give you the same effects as a more strenuous fast in the long run, maybe even surpass the benefits of longer fasting. And then above all, just keep in mind fasting is natural, safe, and intuitive.
