The Importance of Balloons in the War

Women did the skin, the skin's embellishing and treating. The factory was stuffed by women. It couldn't have been just them, right? They must have taught it to women. Major Templer got charged with betraying military secrets because they thought this was so secret no one could have known it. But that's how important this was to the war effort. In Ukraine war, I think both sides use balloons. They're not just distractions really, but they are still used.
