I would say it is behavior base, because they didn't make any dramatic changes or shifts. And strategy simply bas on a short term interruption. They really kept the long term vision in place and stuck to that long term strategy. It's an opportunity that may not have presented itself under different circumstances. Because of the environment, it puts you init makes you a, it's a buyer's market, right? So it puts you in for certain things anyway.
