The Importance of Approaching Amazon as a Business

The biggest change in how Amazon, I think the biggest change in what Amazon looks like to somebody new is that you really have to approach it as a real business. Everything from video verification on day one to having your certification documents for the products you want to sell and making sure your listings are really high quality. You've got to do all the things properly from day one. And that sort of weeds out a lot of casual people, I think. But it also leads to more opportunity if you do it right. Yeah, I agree with that. There's a lot of opportunity... It's just changed a little bit.
