Ghee Is a Great Dairy Product for Lactose Intolerance
With ghee like with any other dairy product the most important thing is the quality of the actual dairy that you're using. You can be eating ghee or whatever other dairy product it is that's made with cow's milk that's been pumped with hormones and is not grass-fed. It's not going to have the same nutrient density as ghee that's been prepared with dairy that is grass-fed and grass finished and pastures.
