Kant's Philosophy of Biology
Kant is an odd figure to be coming up in discussions about biology, right? Because he is, his philosophy is so odd. And I think a lot of the people using his philosophy don't really appreciate how odd it is, in a way. He thinks that space and time are human faculties, they kind of belong to, you know, that we can't separate them from experience. For instance, we don't really have a clear definition of single organisms or individuals for example. But if Kant's philosophy could be more instructive for what we're doing in biology, then why do we need this book?
