How to Protect Your Passwords With Bitwarden
Jonathan: The attack he describes is absolutely a real thing sure the idea that hasn't happened malicious update happened right hasn't happened it would steal your master password but yeah I don't think it's happened anywhere any of the password managers that use actual real encryption have fallen to that. He says you could store your last or Bitwarden Vault on a Dropbox or you don't have to run a Bitwarden server but you could even do that there's some good third party servers. Jonathan uses Last Pass for old passwords and most of the new stuff is actually in Google Chrome which he will say though, "I do recognize that that's a potential problem"
