I think the leap is in deciding that this is a, it's like deciding that you will care about others. I was a role model for some number of people. And maybe I didn't want to be, but that didn't really matter. So I could either accept that and embrace it or not. But then I sort of realized, wait a second, you know, that old saying you cannot be what you cannot see. And I said to myself, well, I'll wait a second. Okay. I am in these positions. I have a responsibility to and it's to others. That's what I meant.
