Is There a Difference Between Bands and Straight Weights?

There were two more studies that had broadly similar results. In the study by Katu Shabay and Kramer, they found that squatting with bands led to at least nominally larger increases in jump height than training with straight weight. The fourth study by Anderson and colleagues did come to different results. But like I said, all of the nominal differences lean in favor of squats with bands.
