Is the South Southeast Going to Have a Soft Landing?
I do believe that the south southeast is going to have a much softer landing than other parts of the country as we come through this recessionary period. We've always said that our programs and our platform through recession resilient, nothing for session proof, but recession resilient. I think it's important to have fixed rate debt not be over leveraged, particularly when you're in an environment where interest rates are likely to continue to rise. And then lastly, I would say look at the asset classes. I think that solid B, B plus, A minus multifamily is going to fare well,. Residential in general is going to fares well in these areas of the country with great migration.
